ION AWARDED 2020 NASA MARSHALL SPACE FLIGHT CENTER SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD

Eden Prairie, MN, September 30th, 2020 – ION Corporation is pleased to receive the 2020 NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Subcontractor of the Year Award. Each year, NASA Small Business Industry Awards (SBIAs) recognize the outstanding Small Business Prime Contractor, Small Business Subcontractor, Large Business Prime Contractor, and Mentor-Protégé Agreement that support NASA in achieving its mission.

In achieving this award, ION Corporation provided value added and outstanding support on schedule and within cost on the Boeing Space Launch System (SLS) program. “We are grateful to support Boeing and the SLS program,” says ION President and CEO Wendell Maddox “and we are proud to receive this award for providing excellent service to their teams, and their partners at the Marshall Space Flight Center.”
